  1. Paradox Pokémon exaggerate recognizable body plans; compare their largest horns, tails, treads, or metallic crests first.
  2. Convergent families resemble older Pokémon without sharing their evolution line, so verify body length, fins, caps, and limbs.
  3. Many Paldea designs carry oversized props or ornaments—hammers, blades, armor, and headpieces often provide the fastest clue.
